To launch the new Doritos Locos Taco, we created a digital campaign that celebrated people's tweets, posts, and instagrams with Augmented Reality, Digital Billboards, and the first ever Hometown Tweet-Off. This helped Taco Bell own the buzz for #DoritosLocosTacos and sell over 30 Million tacos in the first two weeks.

Mobile Buzz Finder:  

The Doritos Locos Buzz Finder, was an app that recognized the shape of Taco Bell Cups and Big Box Meals. When a camera phone was pointed at these items, real time Tweets and Facebook posts would "pop out" in augmented reality showing exactly what people around you were saying about the DLT. You could interact with these posts and even add your own.
