In 2009, I co-created “From Orange to Orange”, a webisode series that documented an inspirational road trip from Orange County California to Orange County Florida, as two friends and I searched for the new meaning of the American Dream.

But we were not alone, “From Orange to Orange” was an interactive adventure, that utilized social media that allowed followers to connect with us and direct us along the way through the use of personal blogs, twitter, live video feeds and chats. This revealing webisode series delivers real drama, hilarity, and an extremely personal view into the life of three friends traveling the country and living the American Dream.

Shifting through over 50 hours of footage, I edited the series into 10-episodes that document our quest to find the American Dream and everything in between. Our adventure included learning about fanaticism from a Star Wars collector, discovering it's tough economic times at an Ostrich Farm in Arizona, experiencing discrimination when we cross-dressed at the Drag Racing Museum of America in Florida, and overcoming obstacles when we got in a highway collision on our first day on the road.
